n910v reset reactivation problem


hi gsmbst team , i have one n910v note 4 from verizon . its asking samsung account. i have been trying in new bst version 3.34.00.its giving me error here is the log file.pls help me how to reset reactivation lock.

it is fake update...all qualcomm phones give same error when trying to wipe samsung reactivation.

Any Bst product supporter will help us in new update bug ? many users facing same problem in reset reactivation in qulacomm phones.
