i have tried this i wrote QCN file but the same status Emergency Calls only
when i dial *#0011# i see IMEI Cert : Success
but even though i didn't catch a signal
when i reboot the Phone the devce catch network name (signal) for only 2 Seconds and it goes to Emergency calls only.
