This order been waiting weeks now my customer will not wait more and I must return phone and refund him I already email your support team they telling me wait this can't wait more I NEED THIS CANCEL NOW . Phone will no more be in my hands and if your supplier unlock it i will net receive pay anymore because phone no more in my hand

We Waiting For Update From Source Side.

- If you are a Wholesale user: do not refund your customer until you get confirmation of cancellation.
- If you are a Retail Customer: do not place order with another supplier until you get confirmation of cancellation.

Be sure we're trying our best to force the hand of our supplier regarding this matter.

It’s doesn’t work like that here you have to refund customer once the time for unlock already pass he already waited many days . So as I said before just refund me do not unlock phone because will not be in my hands anymore I have no control over this he needs refund I have to refund I can not tell him otherwise,

i post here today but email your support days ago not just today. this is why i take it here because all i'm hearing is wait and i can be locked up by the law to hold peoples phone against there will so i have return phone and make refund up to date phone still not and customer request to be given today.

i communicate with your team on whatsapp and email days ago and here now ... so my request known by your team days now.

and this mobile get unlock today
if not unlock today it,s will cancel

if you take decision your self cancel
in that case we cant able to help you
you must wait cancel from our side than you can refund to client
