However, we can maybe handle it as an MTK device as the phone is using the following chipset: Mediatek MT6873 Dimensity 800 Connect the phone to the tool, and the Chimera tool will run an autodetect method. More specifically, a new (generic) MTK Patch IMEI, which is one of the most used services by our clients. We also posted a Video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAtXe-Zl37A Additionally, I want to point out the importance of these bug fixes. In order to make some significant updates, we have to prepare the tool for it. That includes various bug fixes and little changes. This keeps the tool running effectively. Unfortunately only a Factory Reset will not solve that. You have to flash back a stock backup file. Then use the PATCH IMEI service. Best regards Sab Chimera team Quote:
