My concern is to repair customer's phone remotely bcz my workshop is closed since 2 weeks. I want to repair customer cellphone from my home's pc without sharing.

For now, you can switch your license frlm a computer to another , so, this means, you can access your customers pc through TeamViewer, amyy, vnc, etc, and run the chimera software , attach your license there, and do the job remotely at customer PC...

Hi is not driver problem, many others phones works fine with the drivers installed, i think this oppo model is not supported.
