there is no carrier relock option anymore on samsungs from tmk tmb

Dear User,

If the device includes the most recent security patch, then the carrier relock wont be highlighted by our Tool. That is because on that modem version the carrier relock would fail. We are already investigating the subject. Hopefully we can update it later on.

every time i try to remove BB account when device restarts and shows Chimera logo the software do nothing, just stays searching, my drivers are ok and all usb ports are ok too.
why is this?
