Hi there,

We told you 3 times why you are blocked, and why we cannot unblock your account. We have to NOTE here, that is is already your second time, when you have this issue. You got your self blocked once already, then we did a favor for you, and unblocked the account, but you violated the policy again by sharing the license / services with other users.

We cannot unblock the account at this time.
