New procedures for Samsung Qualcomm and various fixes

Samsung Qualcomm Improvements:

• Added a new Boot Repair procedure available from EDL mode, which can be used to fix phones stuck in EDL mode. It boots the phone into ODIN mode after the procedure has finished, where you can use the Update Firmware procedure. To find out if your device is supported visit our Supported Models page.
  
• Added a new Remove MDM procedure which is also available from EDL mode.

• Core: fixed a UI bug, which made phone cards stay visible after disconnecting the phone
• Generic Qualcomm: various fixes were added to improve programmer handout logic
• Utility: fixed a bug in the Firmware Extractor, which could cause application crashes when doing extraction from RAR archives
