In EMUI 10, in case of failing to boot into factory mode, you can select version from drop-down list or from firmware. But in EMUI 11 it doesn't allow to select. Please give the option so we can select/upload our own firmware to boot into factory mode on EMUI 11

Please explain your complaint. What kind of problem are we talking about? What other tools are doing? Which tools? Let us know the complete information about your complaint so we can react to it.

The Android 11 is supported by the tool. In fact, if you check the forum, we have a Thread called "successfully done jobs", you can see that clients are working with Android 11.

Do we have issues with it? Yes, you can experience problems with the "Red velvet cake" (that is the codename of the Android 11), because of the nature of the programming and because of the various new Binary versions/ security patches, which ones are published by Samsung regularly. They will be handled however, we need time to reach each and every new update.

Which is frustrating if you view it from any kind of perspective. It is not ideal for the developers, not ideal for the support team, and even so, mostly not ideal for the customers.

Our goal is to serve our clients and to make sure that we provide services that are safe and reliable. We will keep working on all the modules that we have.
