Dear User,

Do you even tried it with TestPoint? Also make sure, that you reinstall the Chimera tool MTK driver (you can do it in the Settings). Once you reinstall the driver, restart the Computer and then connect the phone to the Software.

The drivers are implemented to the Chimera tool software. So you have to just log in to the Tool, click on the Settings menu, and you will see all the drivers in one list.

I have been a Chimera user for three years and this year Chimera is very disappointed that neither Xiaomi nor Huawei oppo can catch up with the need for every update is to fix something that is not real. Look at every time the Chimera team fixes until my encrypted dog expires. I'm activating. You are repairing it. A little disappointed.

Dear User,

What you mean by that? Actually the Huawei got updates every month with:

- added support for OTA firmware packages
- Kirin 710A is now fully supported
- Modify Oeminfo is extended with Convert to Dual SIM and Disable FW compatibility* features


The Xiaomi , Oppo devices got a major update in the last MTK release at Mar 31, 2021.

Sure, if you miss certain services, devices from the Tool, please let us know those issues so we can work on those. The bug fixes are necessary, i mean no software is perfect, so there is a constant development behind the scenes. The most worrying thing to experience in a software lifetime, when the software wont get any updates / fixes anymore. Then you know that the software that you use is basically dead.

We are continuously working on the software stability, usability.

Yes, this is a problem which is being monitored for a while now. Sadly the device does have any extra lock in it, which one wont allow you to unblock the bootloader. Do try to find a solution for that ASAP.

she reads the cell but when she opens the menu the device disconnects before I can do the procedure with two devices

I had the same problem and I resolved it by reinstalling MTK drivers from Chimera drivers section, this issue shows up because you installed drivers filter using (libUSB), to bypass MediaTek online authentication protection
