The process is reliable, it just sometimes is difficult to select correct mccmnc in templates, and match to actual sim of customer.

This adb command I posted earlier, along with info from *#0011# can ensure you select correct mcc/mnc. You do not get charged more than once for the same device, so you can reattempt until you get the right template working for the carrier of your choice. It seems you only attempted once on this device (A102U).

What about mine, it worked perfectly for at lesat one week, now customer bring it back and im trying many ways to relocking same way i did it before, but not success. any other idea? MCCMNC 708-002/001 only need those MCC MNC work for two carriers here.

This is what looks like. You see 310/260 as MccMnc for carrier signal. And the adb command gives MccMnc on sim card (first 5 or 6 digits). From your picture, it looks like the the phone is on carrier MccMnc 000/00, which is reserved for test purposes only.

It is possible someone has a test network nearby (best case scenario). You may need to add 000/00 and 000/000 to your template list if this is the case.

Only for the future, how can i add custom mccmnc because i don't see that option?
