A136U unlock online not work
 
Can be done if I change the CID?

This phone came with original XAA Carrier ID (not serviced by any other tool), when I check it's IMEI it should be "Factory Unlocked" but it ask for unlock code.

My guess is if I change the CID to a supported one then "Network Factory Reset (Online)" option should work for unlock it.

Any help/advice would be highly appreciated.

Dear Jepetu,

The mentioned NETWORK FACTORY RESET ONLINE is supported for that particular device. You have to connect the device in MODEM MODE to the tool. Please try it.

In the first post is the tool error when try to unlock it using the mentioned method.

My question is if I change the CID with your tool maybe the unlock works? Which are the supported CIDs for NETWORK FACTORY RESET ONLINE?

Thank you for the report. Of course the system revoked your credits, but unfortunately that CID type is not supported at the moment. We will try to improve the Network Factory Reset for other CID types, but it will take time.

tried network reset online on sm a136u , process failed bt credits did not get redunded
