A20e Knox Cloud - U3 - Oem On - NO Combination


hi i have a few samsung a20e - SM-A202F on U3 Binary
have knox cloud and oem lock on , everytime i try flash combination
i get " please get approval to use factory binarys"


or if i read the pit from the phone and try flash with that pit i get

secure pit



does anyone have a process to get combination on , or oem , or knox cloud off ?


any help appreciated cheers

Dear User,

The RMM remove and the KnoxGuard remove is added but only in ADB mode. In download mode you will not see it.

Thank you for the screenshots it helped a lot. However, please do a GET INFO service on the device with the Chimera Tool. You can do in ADB mode.

Then please post the WORK ID from that job, here - to this thread and we will look up on the software information. Maybe that will help us more to find a solution for this problem.
