As the title of the topic suggests, we opened this thread for those, who meet issues with their accounts (username) or with their licenses.


When you have to write to this thread?

• When you have Login issues
• When you have License issues
• When you have Payment issues
• When you need information's about the above mentioned subjects.

How do i report my problems?


Just write down your username and a short description about the trouble.

An example:

username: test_user

Description: My computer were formatted because of I have reinstalled my system. Please delete my old computer ID.

NOTE: Do NOT share your Password and Email address here. We know that our Community is loaded with people with good will, but the devil never sleeps. If you have login issues, just write down the ERROR MESSAGE, which appears for you, and you will receive a private message from our forum account.


We would also emphasize, that those comments, which ones are not related to the listed problems, will be deleted.

i got full licence chimera mobile tool but when i try to write imei blackberry 9700 it says "You don't have enough credits for the selected procedure. You can buy more credits here."

actually for change/Repair bb imei you need 4 Credits for each imei

you get a credits but you not converted your credits to licence.

you should get blackberry licence to work with chimertool.

Dear Users,

here is some IMPORTANT information:
1. You can not use some functions by the TRIAL licence or you can use some functions with limits.
- BB Direct Unlock: You can not us it by the trial licence
- New BB: You can not us it by the trial licence
- Samsung Unlock: You can not us it by the trial licence
- IMEI repair: limited
- Lumia ReadNCK, and BlackBerry MEP unlock: you get only half NCK (for example: 1234****)

2.You can not use the 3 not free Blackberry functions with the TRIAL licence, because of this when you have only TRIAL licence you need not to buy extra credits for this function because you can not use they. (Reset lifetimer/Refurbish phone/IMEI repair)

3.If you buy licence and you get only credits you need to convert your credits to licence.
When you buy a licence we NOT given credits as gift to the licence! You need to buy extra credits for the 3 blackberry functions.

4.When you buy 100 crd it is not enough for one licence.

5. If you have all modules licence you need too buy extra credits for the Reset lifetimer/Refurbish phone/IMEI repair Blackberry functions

Description: I need to register my computer

I bought the license blackberry but I do not open because it says my computer is qye already registered

He says this:

You cant use this computer from this account, because it has been already registered. Please conntact support team.

PS: I have already registered the chimera in one of my PC. Attempt to function the other pc with the same license had already bought but I realized it did not work ... so I decided to buy another license under another name to the other pc that I have is the username that I just put up there.
