Hi,


when you sell activation with authenticator, please transfer the license to the authenticator's serial number, in this case to the 198020566
instead of the user name.
After it the you need not face with the same problem.
Now we solved that case, use need connect the authenticator to the computer and use the log in with authenticator button. But please in a future be careful with that.

Cant update the Samsung Chimera Autenticator

I bought a Chimera Samsung Dongle, i want update to Chimera Full, but i cant found the option, please need this ASAP

contact with your reseller, He can help you with 1 click to upgrade your license to Chimera Pro (all modules).

Or log into the software with your authenticator (it will be registered to your user name), when it is done log in with your user name on our website, after it the upgrade will be available with paypal too.

Hi,


just connect your authenticator to the computer, open chimeratool software and click on the log in with authenticator button. After it, the authenticator will be registered to your account.

Yesterday I was able to use Chimera Tool, today it says my IP has being blocked.

I purchased your product but now its show expired “Your license has been expired. You can extend it here." to extend the license fee is very high. i used other tools like octopus, z3x .they have no issue of expiring. If you expired the chimera tool then you don't give us latest update. But we have the right to use old updates till expired.
1. Please give us access to old updates (we already pay for this).
2. If it is not possible then reduce the price for the old user’s check your price for an extension, it is very high.
3. User like me, we have a small business even we did not make money which we give you for license activation. Please give a reasonable price for an extension.
I hope the Chimera Tool Team understand us. Thanks for your good support.
