Could you write us some more info about the CRD purchase transaction?

You have a licence, but a different computer is attached to it. You can see your currently attached computers here.  Alternatively, buy more licences, so you can use more computers simultaneously.

Hi,

you can not buy authenticator separately, it is able to buy only with license.

Hi,

please check it again, when I see the license already registered to the authenticator. At the login use the log in with authenticator option instead of the login with user name and password.

I formatted my computer. But I can't open the Chimera exeye. '' Chimera tool crashed we are sorry for the inconvenience '' gives the error.

Hi,

please download the latest installer version from our website and delete each old version from your computer.
When the mentioned crash comes with the new installer too, please go to the chimeratool.com website and contact with the support team via support chat.
