Please do the following steps in order to solve the issue: 1. delete the chimera tool and download the latest one 2. update your Internet time (adjust time -> internet time-> change settings - >update now) 3. run a virus search on the computer and then restart the Pc 4. shut down the firewall 5. then run the chimera tool If the problem still persists, please let us know it!
