Dear juanguirre.

Thank you for sending us a screenshot it helped our work. Please do the following steps in order to solve the issue:
1. delete the chimera tool and download the latest one
2. update your Internet time (adjust time -> internet time-> change settings - >update now)
3. run a virus search on the computer and then restart the Pc
4. shut down the firewall
5. then run the chimera tool


If the problem still persists, please let us know it!

Descripcion: It seems my authenticator/account has been blocked due to improper use of USB sharing software. It should be clarified that it is the first time that I use the authenticator and it only has 1 day of work since its activation, it only carried out 1 work on my Personal Computer,

I hope you can help me return my account to its normal state

The mentioned account (MasterChimeraTool) is unblocked now. Make sure that you will NOT use any sharing tool/software in the future with the Chimera tool as the system will lock you out from our server.
