Dear Qasir,

We unblocked your account. So from now on, you can use the Tool without any problem. However, I would like to note, that our policy does not allow remote servicing. So please do not use the tool with Virtual USB Hubs because the system will lock you out again.

Dear JIv,

Can you please tell us the dongle serial number? Maybe we can find more information regarding to the problem, with the asked number. Although alternatively, you can still use the license without the dongle.
So you can attach te PRO license to a computer until we can solve this trouble.

gentlemen of chimera I use two computers at the moment the software was updated my computer ID was blocked at that moment the wifi was disconnected I do not use any more pc please help me since I don't have any more pc to work
