Description: My computer were formatted because of I have reinstalled my system. Please delete my old computer ID.

when I try to access the application with my username and password I get the following message "You can not use this computer from this account, has-been porque Already registered (samer). Please contact support team" and have never been able to open the program .

Dear eltorri,

You have no credits because your credits have been converted to an active license. So you bought 839 credits and those credits are converted to an active All modules license. You can use all functions now (except the 4 extended BB function that cost extra credits, if you want to use these 4 then you will need to buy extra credits, but every other function is free to use now as you have the active license

)

pls my username is systech ,..i got confused selecting my licenced computer pls can u delete all other computers so i can select this current one

I have a strange problem with my licensce, first it was orking fine but after update it said u have another computer attached and need to detach it to use it! so i went to the link provided and detached the computer! now there no option to attach another computer and i cant use it! pls help!
