according to the error your License already registered with a PC so 1st you wanna unregister your [old] pc for use new pc,

batter way login your account at https://chimeratool.com/mycomputers/
and check current Registered pc's [you can unregister too]

But Maybe Probleme Coming From Trial Liscence Regestred In This Account .

Hi i cant log on to my account. I have resetted the password but still didnt get the new password.
It says your new password sent to your email id but i havent recieved it yet.

Dear djstich,

You can use one licence on one computer at the same time. If you want to use the ChimeraTool on two or more computers at the same time you need buy more licence as well.
In every second day you are able to change your computer for free. (for example in case of you lost your operating system and there was a reinstall,etc)
If you have new computer and you want to use the licence on your new computer I can help you.
