Dear Sir,

If you have some technical issue with your dongle, naturally you can use your license without it too.
In each case we try to solve everything problem quickly than usual.

I am not able to use tool. As it always shows "TRIAL is already attach to this computer(username: aquy)".

Dear Sir,

you are registered an another user on 04/12/2015 in our system(user name: Leshic59), and you are added your computers to the previously created account.
You created your "new" account on 08/12/2015 on our website user name: Shepher).
Trial license available only once. If you want to use our services when your trial period expired, you need to buy license.
