Dear Bill,

in each case if you have problem with your furious pack activation you need contact with the furious team, because only they can help you with your license renew, payment, activations etc

chimera team i want to ask one question if i have samsung license and and activate blackberry license will i get all chimera features or will the chimera be fully activated

Dear Sir,

if you activated an blackberry license and an samsung license you can use only the samsung and blackberry functions. For the all chimeratool functions you need have All modules license.

we have credits now but when we try to activate license and go to shop on chimera site i dont see any license to activate

Cannot attach authenticator

DeaR Support Team,
I've bought chimera authenticator separately.
The problem I'm facing is that I cannot attach the authenticator with my account.
I've followed the instruction from your website; how to attach authenticator with ID. but it didn't help.

can i use money in my furious box account to activate my chimera license?. because i was able to renew it when it got expire with the money in it but cannot use it to activate the license any help?

Dear Sir,

if you need furious box pack 13 or pack 14 activation you can buy it only from the furious team. On our website you can buy only separately chimeratool license.
