You are able to upgrade your license to all modules, but you need have 950 credits on your account for it. After it you are able to activate 1pcs all modules license for the next 1 year. Why does my account is locked? I spended more than 600 euros and purchased 5 full licenses and they are just 1 week old. I use 1 license per computer, all computers located in different places in my city because I own 5 stores. Maybe the system believe I am sharing the license because of too many licenses with the same account? Also my wife had problems with purchased credits in Octopus Box and started a complain in Paypal and she started it wrong against you but when she told me so I canceled the complain but anyway I do not thing thats a reason to block my account. Please unlock my account because I need to work. My username is: Chilecell |
