Hello There,

I'm unable to use my Chimera account, I've 5 licenses, I always get to uninstall USB Sniffer/Sharer program and try again, I don't have any USB program on my computer. I got a new computer and installed Chimera there and tried to connect with my phone and I get the same error. Can you please tell me what's that and how can I get rid of that error. I tried on another PC, that doesn't have any USB programs, I checked in Programs, Services, Taskes and processes but I get the same error and cannot do anything.

Please help me as I have 5 licenses and unable to use as I get the error.

Please contact us on support chat and we can check your case by teamviewer.

Tried you that option too?

1. open the uninstall softwares windows menu and check the Eltima products, when you have not any Eltima product on your computer follow the instructions.
2. Dowload "sysinternals autoruns" (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/bb545027)
3. Start the autoruns exe as administratior ("run as administrator")
4. When the software opened click to the „Drivers” tab
5. You can find a search line what is called „Filter”. Here please type the name of the drivers (you get it in a error message) for example when you have Eltima software error: Eltima. You need to search for that one and follow the next steps.
6. wait for the result of the search, you can see it under corner when you can read on the status bar „Ready”. when your result is 0, the mentioned driver unable on your computer. search for the other one option.
7. When you find the searched driver for example tusbd, click to the driver with right mouse button and choose the "Jump to Entry...".
8. when you can find the exact place where the driver located. Please find the exact folder and check it is really a part of the Eltima Software.
9. at least delete the folder.
10. restart the pc and run the tool again!

Please chimera team unblock my ip to be able to use my tool. chimera tool shows me 'it seems that your IP is banned'.

My ip address is 41.210.22.193 and my license id is furious-c0f2e024 .
