proplem was i formated my pc n changed the internal hard disc my pc didnt work i used another one for few days and set up chimera singed in with my account this pc name as in notification DESKTOP-RIP909G
I got my old pc now working but with new name SONY-PC-75650 but cant make any orders
plz i want solution for this prplm cant know what i should do
iam now using SONY-PC-75650
can u plz delete the other 2 pcs or what i should do

i have a problem with chimera tool when i put my id and password
after parsing enter tool say( ERROR while creating SSL communication channel)
please help me to solve my problem plzz.

Hi,

that means that something changed our certs at your computer, so the tool can not communicate with the server what could that be?- low chimera version- bad internet time- virus- active firewall blocks the communication
do the following things:
1. delete the chimera tool and download the latest one
2. update your Internet time (adjust time -> internet time-> change settings - >update now)
3. run a virus search on the computer and then restart the Pc
4. shut down the firewall
5. then run the chimera tool

We want be a wholesale reseller, but how can buy chimera autenticator ??, we are from Perú and have clients

you can be reseller without any problem, more information about the reseller status here: https://chimeratool.com/en/info/become-a-reseller

You are able to buy authenticator only from our Distributors: GsmEasy and GsmServer. We sell directly authenticators to them only.

the dont sell clear chimera dongles....

i want to be a reseller, but need clear autenticators...

Hi,

yes, they did not sell clear authenticators because it is strictly forbidden. Clear authenticator unable to use, nobody have not opportunity to sell empty authenticator.

Hi,

please contact with your reseller, He need to add the license to the chimera card. You can not use your authenticator with the previously purchased license, you can buy authenticator only with license and the reseller need add license to each authenticator.

so. how we can be resellers... the clients want chimera dongle with her full license...

NOBODY can not sell empty authenticator tot he already purchased licenses. It is FORBIDDEN.
When you want to be reseller please read more information about it here: https://chimeratool.com/en/info/become-a-reseller

When you want to sell license with authenticator (only with license!!) contact with GsmServer or GsmEasy.
Empty authenticator not working and unable to connect to the previously purchased licenses.
