Q: What is it for and in which cases need you this new function?
A: There are 2 options:
- The old unlock solution is free for every customer and works properly but not on every phone - especially not on every NEW phone (and also changes KNOX).
- This new option works on both old and new phones perfectly, KNOX will not change so it will stay like it's brand new and also unlocked.

Q: I have tried to unlock a Samsung phone with chimera tool and I receive error message like this:
"Our servers are busy right now. please try again later....
Factory unlock processes will be free for this phone in the future"
A: It is normal, don't worry! The server can be busy (as the message said) but it will succeed after some time. It can take minutes but sometimes it can take an hour. Credits will be taken only 1 time so don't worry about that either.

Q: What models are supported?
A: All models are supported, also up to the latest models like Galaxy S5, Ace 3, etc. If your model is not supported just let us know and will be added in a day.

Q: I need only an USB cable or may I have any other tool too?
A: USB cable is enough in 90% of the cases, but sometimes Chimera's "Factory unlock" requires you to connect the phone over an FTDI connection (com port), it does not use standard USB cable.

You will need a RJ45 Micro UART Cable
For SM-G901F SM-G850F/H/M/I SM-G800F/H/M/I models you need a modified battery. (Modified battery for G800, G901, G850)
And some kind of FTDI Box to connect to the computer like Z3x box, Infinity Box, NCK Box, Asansam Box etc.

hi, i try to unlock note 3 and last 2 hours i receive message "Our servers are busy right now. Please try again later. Factory Unlock processes will be free for this phone in the future."
please tell me when servers will work because i can't just stay in front of my pc and press unlock every 5 min

Ok then don't press every 5 mints. Can u press every 10 mints?

and who told u that stay front of ur PC? Don't stay ok u can sit down. And as supporter said when server is busy it means so maney ppl are unlocking. And if u can't w8 buy the code simple is that. And if u can't buy the code don't unlock the phone

you have a good sense of humor but if you look to your first post you will see "one click unlock" not 20 or 30.

but imagine if this one click is perform by 100+ users !! so some users have to wait deffanatly

Yes now u talking abt off course this is the gr8 team N in future they gonna improve the service N ppl don't have to w8 longer. Good luck

Sorry it is not so clear for me.
you used our factory unlock function, the credits are deduced from your balance, but the phone is not unlocked?

is with change imei or read code or direct unlock ??

and no LTE or 4G network problems after unlock ??

i am also wondering about SM-G900W8 S5 and Also SM-N900W8 Note 3
after unlock no issue for no network or LTE 4G Problem ??
