Yes, that is clear for us. The strange thing is that the method says that the process was done successfully.

the blackberry is on BB Protection and i was try to remove it, processing done but devices still lock to bb protection. and my credit dedected

2. Login to our software: click on the Profile menu and then click on the Job History.
