BB9790 after bad refurbished don'n turn on


Hi, i've one 9790 that restarts, did cfix apps, and change soft, and no repairs, i tried to refurbish but it does'n finish, also tried to disable and enable internal memory, and no works.
here is the log of refurbish and change soft:
