Blackberry Protect Remove Error (Q20)


I've tried to remove blackberry protect for Q20 but Chimera keeps killing phone after Chimera flashed the phone with 10.3.2. So I flashed the phone with latest OS 10.3.3.498 then phone powered back on again, tried with Chimera 3 times and it killed everytime. I understand that it won't allow to downgrade so how to remove BB protect for this model please?

Hi, please you need try with lastest version from chimera, please update your phone with lastest chimera oss after remove account... you will be ok...

Credits lost but Job not done

I tried again with latest Chimera and it seemed to work and deducted 95 credits but it got USB timed out and stopped at 97% so I tried again but it asked that it would deduct another 95 credits. So how to deal with with this problem?
