chimera dongle registration

I bought chimera dongle months ago without any licence activation, is it possible to add a blackberry activation to the dongle? Because I wanted to do so yesterday but the reseller ask me the username of the dongle and I don't have any.

Hi, yes you can just need register dongle and then buy license for attach to dongle....

I followed the procedure in registering the dongle, but the tool is not taking me to the place to register it. Just write login failed, no any licence attached to dongle.

that sound great.. Really I want to know who was that "great" reseller who sold you empty dongle without chimera user account..

1. Create user account on the chimeratool website: https://chimeratool.com/en/signup
2. after it send your user name to the mentioned reseller and He is able to send the necessary licence.

without them you can not use your dongle.

Old pist but please am facing the same problem. I have account already with chinera but the dongle says not attached to any account, how can i read the serial because its been 2 years since i activated my account and i never had any interest with the dongle

The dongle is not workable. All the problem was caused by the dongle status. Now it is active and you are able to attach the license to it.

Dongle was activated but am suprised now you can lock Aunthenticator dongle to one computer. I can not use my dongle because it says it has been attached to another computer. I even formatted my pc not knowing its gona get worse. Now i can even use my username to login and work

No, the dongle cannot be locked to one computer. It seams like that the License is attached to a PC and not to the dongle. I will detach the license again from the pc, and add it to the Dongle, but you have to log in with the dongle every time sir.
