I do not know when you sold him this computer, but this cannot be used with Chimera since last July. Please contact the person who bought your computer, and solve the issue with him. Your account (the dongle and every connected computer) was blocked because you violated our terms and conditions twice and shared Chimera. You knew this computer could not be used with Chimera, if it belongs to a blocked account. In fact, you were not able to use it. And then you "sold" it to someone who wanted to use Chimera with it.
