(Better back up phone data using samsung smart switch before starting procedure)

Go to Settings, tap build 10 times to open developer options.

On developer options check usb debugging and oem unlock

root the phone, download the root file below

Turn off phone, press volume down, home and power to enter download mode

connect the phone to pc. open odin, load root tar and press ok. wait till finish

Open Chimera

Click unlock and allow usb debugging on phone screen. Wait till finish.

unlocked two blackberry Z10s

one was with Zero MEP left hard locked which i did went successfully otherwise the phone was simply a waste for me
2nd one was on vodafone
both done quickly and really happy with the service as used the tool for the first time currently on full subscription

can you please add Blackberry 9720 direct unlock as well..?

that is why I can not write you any exact date for it. Maybe in a future it will be added, but I can not promise it.
