did you checked the cert file, it is clear?
What is a imei staus of the device?



It is not fake update.. we have lot of successfully process. When you faced with some issue it is not mean the process not working..

Hi,


it is 3 report from the approx. 2200 successfully finished process so..
We will investigate that case but when you feel our service is fake just do not use it. I will refund your money and buy other great tool I think you did not know what is a development process and how many hours, weeks or months take it..

I would like to ask you and each other user for some respect. Before you write same things, just use your brain.
We respect our user, we are working on the new functions and better service continuously, I think we wrote and talk with everybody in normal style, and we would like to ask the same.

We have not solution for each process, devices etc but we are working on them. Some times you or other users get error but we try to solve it and send reply. Each service tested and we added only real updates. Sometimes it is worth to check some other tool's change log, when they added no-existent devices and so on.


So please be patience and left outside the same words than fake update...

You have a problem ok. Write us and we try to solve it.
