For Backup From "Store/Restore Backup" tab >Selective Bckup>Reconnect Phone in EDL when software ask> Select partitions to backup press ok "For Restore" From "Store/Restore Backup" tab > Restore>Reconnect Phone in EDL when software ask> Select partitions to Restore press ok In my case after full flash with complete backed up file (Restored Clibration data as well) After Restore complete I got my phone Alive now.
