Hello every one not sure i am in the rite place but my problem is my chimera tool wont detect nokia lumia phones help please all drivers installed properly except for NOKIA BOOTMGR it keeps giving an error during the installation device unpluged and my device is not please help asap thanks:-)

Dear Rick Hamton,

Please make sure that you did the following:
-Turn off the phone
-Plug in USB cable and push Volume Up button continously

If still not connected, please let us know.

Did all of that as directed by the chimera tool phone still not detected and it is listed in the chimera tool supported model list.

In this case I'm sure it should be driver related problem, but if you are not able to solve it by self, then send me a private message with your TeamViewer ID and I will help you remotely.

went to device manager and all drivers seem to be alright

You can download TeamViewer from here: TeamViewer - Free Remote Control, Remote Access & Online Meetings

It is a remote desktop software and by this way I will be able to check everything on your computer much faster.

I try paid credits with another paypall acount and not done .with skrill not work from romania not understand this ..how paid credits directly chimera team with another paypall acount ?sory for my english language

Hi,

Basically for one username you can only have 1 PayPal account registered so if you once paid for ChimeraTool credits, you should use the same PayPal account what you've used that time.

yes, at the moment we not supported the imei repair function on the E5 models.
We supported only the info/sw cange/unlock functions.

please am having problem downloading Q5 qualcomm unlocking file,when it breaks the downloading does not resume. same with mega links.please chimera do something about it
