Hello,

thank you for your feedback, we are working on it, now you can add the computer manually, just log in after it click to the Licences button after it you can saw "Beta tester" in this line you can find two icons under the "Actions" you need to use the left button/icon (manage computers) here you can add your computer.
If you detect some error in a future please follow instructions:
What can you do when you find something bug/error?

  1. You can send a report about the problem in a software, you need just click to the "bug report" button.
  2. Log in and click to the "Error tickets" and you can write us the problem what you detected.

Get info: works in 5 sec, reads all data, locks, SIMLOCK state, MEP, etc
Flashing works really fast too.

First experiences are very good

you opened "error ticket" about the blackberry9900 problem or you sent the error to the developer team in a software or on the chimeratool.com site? IF not please be so kind and open a error ticket with problem's accurate description. When you open one error ticket you send the problem direct to the developer team. Thank you for your patience and when you have a problem do not hesitate to write us!

Hello

Your anti-virus software might flag the downloaded file infected due to it is encrypted with Themida packer. If it happens, then You should add the application executable to AV's exceptions list. The application is totally safe to use.
