Hi,

First of all please make sure that battery is fully charged 100%.
Second thing please try first with an older version, than try again with this one what is problematic.
Once done or have any errors, please let me know.

Be not worry about your credits if the procedure was not successfully, because server will refund you in a hour automatically.
