Dear User,

Thank you for the report. Are you sure that the device is the ELS-NX9 model variant? Because in some cases the problem comes from the phone, in sense that the model is different. Also make sure that the Harmony cable is fully workable.

I will send the case to the developers. Recently we received a few reports about the ID removal so this is not a unique problem, which means it will be a priority to fix it.
