Sir modules are different u have lumia module access but u trying to use blackberry module..........u have to buy bb module activation................

you need to buy extra credits only for this 3 service:

Credit price of Extended BlackBerry functions Reset lifetimer 9 CRD Refurbish phone 9 CRD IMEI repair 4 CRD
If you have one all modules licence and you want to use this 3 function you need extra credit, but only for this 3 function.
