Member: 1787203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23,741 | reply Hi, Network Factory Reset resets all network related settings to the device’s factory state, before it was configured by any company or carrier. This can repair devices that don’t connect to networks that are compatible by factory state. That is a permanent solution, but it is not workable for all the carriers. For that mentioned device, it will work for ATT/ Cricket carriers. Sab Quote:
