Hello,
I'm trying a few hours to open Chimera tools with furious box pack 13, but I can not, get the next message: "Login failed: Wrong login data!" This came after updated. Please help!

my user is matheochile2018, date of purchase of the license 08 January / 2018
I appreciate the collaboration since I have credits in that account and it is the version
