Member: 1787203 Status: Online Thanks Meter: 23,753 | reply Dear User, When you connect the phone to the Tool, what do you see in your Device Manager? If something like : USB COM 1 is coming up, then your device is in Factory Mode. So we can still work with it. In that case, the chimera tool will provide you the Exit Factory Mode and the Load Factory Fastboot methods. Both services can restore the device into Fastboot mode.
