Dear Sir!
If you use a combination file you will have adb communication and you will be able to do the process but not in a complete way. In order to have a satisfactory result, you have to use these steps.

1. Flash Combination
The phone will start in the engineering menu and ad communication will be enabled but it is not necessary
to use the FRP function

2. In these cases and to ensure that you have to enable USB debugging and do manual deletion and
when you re-start the engineering menu, perform the activation of the development options again before doing flash
Ideally, you can see the OEM option unlock. But, it does not matter and continue with the process.

3. Download from the support the firmware of 4 files in each folder and only check these options:

A) BOOT - (check sboot)
B) PDA - (tick Boot, Recovery, System)
C) PHONE - DO NOT tick anything or load
D) CSC - DO NOT tick or load

Dear NuGSM,

Sadly we do not have them, however, you can check the Easy-Firmware website or the Halabtech website for it.

Best regards
