Problem p40 lite 5g demo remove

Hello chimera team
I've tried removing demo on P40 lite 5g (CDY-N9XA) with credit. Work ID N : 104283615
The process says done but when activating the phone the build number and the version are not good
And the other thing there is no keyboard on the settings so can't write anything.
I tried flashing with other software c652 same region but still have the same problem.
Any help please 🙏🙏

Please run the "modify OEM info" service again. Change the model name again, but not to CDY-NX9A. Use a different model version. Then reflash the device with a firmware which is compatible with your new model name. NOTE: if the device is using an android 9 version, then please flash an Android 9 version to the phone. After the OEM info change , do not update the device immediately into android 10.
