Unhappy Unable to see available operations for samsung phones


Hello guys!

Hope you're doing great and making money hehe!

I'm having a little (or maybe not too little) issue. After latest Chimera tool update, my chimera app is unable to recognize any samsung phone in order to apply the FRP online unlock. I used to connect phones in modem mode and after selecting the proper phone model the FRP option (and the other ones) appear in the screen. Now when I connect any phone in mode modem there is no options available.

I have tried by connecting multiple Samsung phones, restoring my Windows OS (and formating it too), reinstalling Chimera drivers but there is no result.

I'm a little newby using this app so I will apreciate all the assistance you can provide me.

P.D. The attached image is just a reference because this happens with all samsung phones I connect.

Dear Ottosan,

Thank you for contacting us and for the picture. Yes, there is actually no issue with the tool. The software recognized the device but unfortunately, there is no service available in that mode.

You have to connect the device in ADB mode (usb debugging have to be enabled) or in Download mode. In this two mode, you will see the services that we can provide for that model.
