Dear h3yazlan,

Please reflash the device with another Firmware File, of course with the same binary version. Then run the IMEI REPAIR and the PATCH CERT services in Airplane mode. Right after that please do the PATCH CERT again, but in this case while the Airplane mode is disabled.

just turn off your phone. then turn it on by pressing vol up and power buttons. then phone will go into the recovery mode, then reboot the phone and turn it on then put your phone into the flight mode then repair the imei.
