help a256e not connecting in EUB mode


a256e not connecting to chimera. it just just cycles between "connecting to the phone" and "gathering information" . If I choose virtual device its stuck on Identify.

Dear User,


Please check if you see the USBDK driver without any errors in your device manager.


You can also try to connect it by pressing the power button on the phone while doing the test point.


If it is not working you can send the workid, so we can check the logs.

Thanks for the reply. I had tried with power button many times. I will try it on a new computer in a while since there will be no drivers on it to conflict with the chimera drivers. I also tried with battery connected and without.
