Hi. If you want to disable samsung update center without root, just flash same binary other modem file to your device, and update will not work. It is very useful for imei repair/patch cert without root method on some samsung devices. For example, my device modem firmware was A315FXXU1CUD4, I just flashed A315FXXU1CUF2 and result:
