Dear User,

Please connect the device to the tool. Switch the mode to "generic-MTK", then run the Autodetect method. Hopefully the IMEI REPAIR will appear for you, and then you have to run that service. Please let us know the result of it.

Dear User,

Thank you for the feedback. Sadly this device's hardware and software combination won't allow us to do any more services on it. However, in the log, we can see that the IMEI was not found by the Tool.

What services do you get in the HTC module?
