huawei nova 8 pro 5G BRQ-AN00 can i remove huawei id?


I am trying to remove the huawei id account but I am getting errors and it is supposedly supported by chimera.

Changing to factory mode
Please put the phone into factory mode via Test Point!
Or do an USB firmware update with a firmware version that is equal or not much older than the one currently on the phone.
If you used Test Point to switch into factory mode, you should immediately reconnect your phone's battery as soon as the program detects the device.
If you fail to reconnect the battery, your phone might be still locked after the procedure finished

Dear User,

Please try to flash an EU/Global firmware to the device and then run the process once again. Just to make sure: reinstall the Huawei drivers - in the chimera tool settings menu.

Hello, to this day I am still trying to remove the huawei account id from this BRQ-AN00 model.

I have the modified cable that works perfect because I have tested it with other huawei and still it continues with the same failure.

When the tool tells you to reset the phone please do it. Also if the tool asks you for the reconnection, make sure that you disconnect the cable from the PC end, and from the phones end.

I have done exactly what the tool indicates and the problem persists, I have reset the phone several times and the problem persists.

Dear User,

Please run a HARD RESET on the device. Which means press and hold the POWER button while the device is connected to the pc / tool. Hold the button for about 15-20 sec. Then click on the EXIT FACTORY MODE. Also make sure that you reinstall the Huawei drivers (In the chimera tool - settings menu) before you do that!

same error.. huawei nova 8 pro 5g aka (BRQ-AN00) id not removed..
always stuck at 74% and showing error..
